A "Community First” Entrepreneurs Club where Business Creation happens every day

Entrepreneurship and small business is the cornerstone of any community. Yet, many cannot take advantage of building their own business for a variety of reasons. Education may be lacking, poverty prevents access to needed contacts and business relationships, mistakes as youths can create a harmful record where it is difficult to create opportunities. And, in our schools, most kids won't now be attending College. So, how do we address all these issues.?

We decided to create a Professional Club, dedicated to fostering successful new businesses, while simultaneously enhancing and growing the local community. Our goal is to create a better Community, through Entrepreneurship. And that means entrepreneurship at all levels. No past mistakes will keep you out of the Influence Club. And we even support youth entrepreneurship programs for kids, to give them a chance to learn about business, something completely lacking in current education.

We have already made a small difference in our Orlando Community, and plan on making a much larger difference in the future. Joining Influence allows you to meet new people at all levels, and allows you to associate with new technologists and entrepreneurs, well on their way to successful community involvement. We want Members that want to continue entrepreneurship or just want to create something new vs. their current jobs. Experienced people merging with new ideas and technologies is what we're all about, and we would love to talk to anyone who wants to be part of a new and growing community.

Influence, an Entrepreneurs' Club, founded by Ted'sCommunity and StarterStudio,  has forged a relationship that merges experienced, successful business people with more newly-formed entrepreneurial businesses. Ideas, capital, experience and implementation all merge in one place, targeted at creating "Community First" businesses. We are all together at the same location.  The combination of state-of-the-art meeting space, and priority relationships for members with access to the best restaurants and other facilities in the downtown area and across Orlando, gives Influence members a leg up on establishing new businesses. All Businesses, old, new or startups are welcome. The synergy of all is vital to success.

Whether you're a business that needs downtown meeting space periodically, or if you are genuinely looking for partners to start a new business, Influence is a great club to join.

A reminder of what entrepreneurship can give you:

You have full control over your destiny. You call the shots and make the decisions that ultimately determine the success or failure of your business. Nobody will get in the way of your vision.

Entrepreneurs are innovators. Think of all the new technology and ideas that have come to life over the past few years. Those were all once just an idea -- but amazing entrepreneurs brought those ideas to life.

You become part of a family. The entrepreneurial culture is almost like a big family -- and you won’t find a better group of people willing to offer advice and help than fellow entrepreneurs.

You control who represents your brand. The team you surround yourself with plays a major role in your success -- you can assemble a team of like-minded individuals that share your same drive and passion.

You have the opportunity to change lives. Have an idea for a product or service that has the potential to make a huge impact? Go for it -- nothing is stopping you!

It provides a rush that is hard to duplicate. There is no greater shot of adrenaline than the one you receive after reaching a goal and knowing you worked extremely hard to get to that point.

You serve as a role model. As an entrepreneur, people will look up to you. You have the ability to be a role model for family, friends, employees and community members. Your success serves as motivation and inspiration.

There is no age barrier. Entrepreneurs are starting at very young ages -- some straight out of college, some while still in high school and even children as young as 9 years old.

The satisfaction of saying you’re a business owner. It is a great feeling to be able step back and say, “this is my company,” while proudly holding your head up. Being an entrepreneur takes an incredible amount of work -- those few words feel so good coming out of your mouth.

No blame game. As an entrepreneur, there is no finger-pointing when something goes wrong. Every decision that I make daily directly impacts my business.

Opportunity to give back. Owning a business gives you the opportunity to support other entrepreneurs, local charity events, local schools and nonprofit organizations. Being able to make a difference in your community is a great feeling.

You contribute to society. You can directly impact society by introducing a service or product that people use.

It enables you to dream big. No idea is too crazy and no goal is too big when you are an entrepreneur -- you can dream as big as you want!

CSI was founded by Dr. Gary Walby, one of the top Florida analysts serving early children’s disability and mental health programs.  These programs typically are funded through state grants and support and must, by their nature, understand results, if the Sate program had a positive effect, and information to report back to the taxpayers, exactly what the program did, how it is developing, is it sustainable, and next year when budget time comes around, is the program approved or cut. In these critical financial times,
CSI works with clients of all types form large to small. Some clients need help in developing results tracking and need help before the system is developed. Others need analytical systems to measure what happened in already existing systems. No matter what the state of the system developed or duration of operation. CSI can add value to the process and over sustainability of the program. So, the sooner you get CSI involved, the better  for you and your customers.
    For The Software Developer:
CSI will recommend quality and analysis additions/modifications that will greatly increase the value of the enterprise software being developed.
For the Client Using the Enterprise System:
Whether publicly funded or otherwise, the user/client must know what the results of any given program are, and just as important, what direction the program can go, to make the program grow in benefits and sustainability. CSI analyzes the results of any given program, makes recommendations for improvements, and gives the end user the confidence and impartiality he/she needs to know that program dollars are spent wisely.
